Where We Started
Broken Arrow was founded in 1972 by Stephen Bunn, a fifth-generation Tooele native with a simple goal: build a company where Quality & Integrity guide every job. What began as a small local business has grown into a multi-division family enterprise serving communities throughout Utah and the Western U.S.
Built Together
Broken Arrow is proudly family-owned and multi-generational — built not only through hard work in the field, but through strong partnership at home. From the very beginning, the company was shaped by the shared commitment of Steve the founder and his wife, Jeannette, whose support, perspective, and steadiness helped guide the business through both growth and uncertainty.

Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Stephen founded Broken Arrow in 1972, building the company on a foundation of quality, integrity, and long-term relationships. His influence remains central to how Broken Arrow operates today.
Jared Bunn
Chief Operating Officer
Jared provides executive leadership for Broken Arrow, guiding company strategy and operations with a focus on quality, integrity, and accountability. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Utah State University.
Stefanie Quinn
Chief Administrative Officer
Stefanie helps lead Broken Arrow’s strategic direction and company operations, with a strong focus on people, culture, and long-term stability. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Westminster College.
