Overview
Service and repair heavy equipment supporting excavation and salt operations primarily in Tooele County. This role ensures machinery remains safe, reliable, and production-ready across year-round projects.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment and machinery
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine service
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, diesel, and mechanical systems
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Ensure equipment meets safety standards

Qualifications

  • Experience working on heavy equipment or diesel systems
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and reliability
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

CDL Driver (Doubles & Triples)

Location: Grantsville, Utah

Overview

Local CDL position hauling bulk materials for Broken Arrow’s salt and construction operations. Home every night with steady, year-round work.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate commercial trucks on local Utah routes
  • Transport bulk materials to job sites and customers
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
  • Follow all DOT and company safety regulations


Qualifications

  • Valid CDL with doubles & triples endorsement
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong attention to safety and compliance
  • Ability to operate in varying weather conditions
  • Must meet all DOT requirements, including drug and alcohol testing

Industrial Electrician

Location: Grantsville, Utah (Flux Salt Operations)

Overview
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems at our Flux kiln-dried salt facility. Support continuous production while ensuring safe and reliable system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Install and wire motors, control panels, and power distribution systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain production equipment and plant systems
  • Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Follow safety procedures and applicable electrical codes

Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial electrical systems
  • Knowledge of motors, controls, and power distribution
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Fire Sprinkler Installer

Location: Salt Lake City & Southern Utah Offices

Overview
Install and maintain commercial fire sprinkler systems across Utah projects. Deliver dependable, code-compliant life-safety systems as part of an experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Install and service fire sprinkler piping and system components
  • Interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Test and inspect systems to ensure code compliance
  • Work safely on commercial job sites
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers

Qualifications

  • Experience in fire sprinkler installation preferred (not required)
  • Knowledge of NFPA standards preferred (not required)
